INDORE: Indore bench of Madhya Pradesh high court on Monday dismissed a petition of the wife and the son of a missing/dead Malegaon bomb blast case accused Dilip Patidar for compensation of rupees one crore and job.
Justice Vijay Kumar Shukla directed, "After hearing learned counsel for the parties and in absence of any specific finding that the respondents are responsible for disappearance of Dilip Patidar for his death, no compensation in the writ petition can be awarded or direction for compassionate appointment."
