According to a study published on Monday by the tech-based real estate brokerage, Redfin, Americans are flocking to the counties hardest hit by climate change. For many of these migrants, pocketbook issues like affordable housing and lower income taxes are prime motivations. But the high cost to homeowners of extreme weather may cancel out such savings.
