Glasgow Film Festival premiered the retelling of a true story about a man from Bearsden who tried to sleuth his way into medical school by pretending to be a teenager in the city.
My Old School tells the story of Brandon Lee who in 1995 who managed to convince people he was a 16-year-old student from Canada.
It emerged later on that Lee was not who he said he was, and was actually a 30-year-old man.
And actor Alan Cumming, who featured on the red carpet in Glasgow alongside stars Lulu, Lawrence Chaney, Dawn Steele and Brandon's old school pals, was cast as the voice of the infamous Brandon Lee in the animated film.

Speaking about the story to the Daily Record, Alan said: "I think this was such a good, Scottish sort of legendary story. I think it's, you know, like, up there with Whisky Galore.
"The guy went back to school at 30 and pretended to be 15. We think we're really canny in Scotland, and, you know, people can't pull the wool over our eyes, but he did.
"I think we both admire and are horrified by that. And so I think that's kind of why this story is still fascinating because this documentary really tells you so much more about it by the people who were actually there. It's more a film about his classmates."
Alan also went on to say that despite the film being shown at Sundance, it was great to premiere the movie in Glasgow where the real Brandon Lee was from.
He continued: "I think it's really appropriate that it's in Glasgow."
The 57-year-old was also asked over two decades ago to play the infamous imposter in a film, but turned it down, so he added: "So it's funny how these characters come back to you.
"It's nice to be back in Scotland. At the moment I am going to do another season of a show I did for Apple+, and I'm coming back to Scotland in the summer to do a solo dance theatre piece for the National Theatre and at the festival."
