The Stafford Railway Building Society has welcomed Alison Tattersall and Ian Craig as non-executive directors.
Alison adds additional financial services experience to the Stafford organisation's board having recently led commercial marketing teams across the Barclays Group.
Alison said: "I'm delighted to be joining the board of The Stafford Railway Building Society as a non-executive director. I'm looking forward to delivering for all our members, building long term value and benefit for the communities we serve."
Meanwhile, Ian enhances the board's IT, digital and technology experience following his recent retirement from Nationwide Building Society where he served as divisional director.
Previously he held executive roles at both Barclays and Bank of America leading large operational and technology functions.
Ian said: "As a passionate supporter of mutuality, I'm absolutely delighted to be joining the SRBS board as a non-executive director. This is an exciting time for the society and I look forward to helping the team continue to grow the business and develop the products and services we offer to our members."

Elsewhere Staffordshire University has appointed Professor Raheel Nawaz to the post of pro vice-chancellor for digital transformation.
Professor Nawaz will lead transformative action across the university, to deliver digitally enabled, streamlined ways of working.
Professor Nawaz joins Staffordshire University from Manchester Metropolitan University, where he holds two substantive roles.
In the past, he has held senior leadership positions in the private further and higher education sector and was an army officer before that.
Professor Nawaz said: "Staffordshire University has led the field of digital education for more than 60 years; from being the first UK university to launch a computing degree to the recent launch of the Centre for Health Innovation.
"I am delighted to be joining such a digitally forward-thinking university at a time of excitement and rapid change."
Vice-chancellor and chief executive of the university, Professor Martin Jones, said: "We are delighted that Professor Nawaz is joining our university at an exciting time as we are underway on the next phase of our strategic development.
"In this new role, Professor Nawaz will work to develop and then lead the implementation of a transformation plan to deliver the university's strategic goals in the digital arena."
Professor Nawaz’s formal appointment commences on July 1, 2022.
And four roles have been created to develop workstreams across the Midlands Industrial Ceramics Group (MICG) after it was allocated £18.27 million in government funding.
MICG members Lucideon and the University of Birmingham have each taken on two specialists to move the programme forward.
Ikra Khan and Erin Valenzuela will be working at the University of Birmingham, while Lucideon has appointed Dr Gilda Gasparini and David Goldsack.
Both Ikra and Erin will be working for the Strenth in Places Fund (SIPF) programme in the field of research while Chartered chemical engineer Dr Gilda Gasparini has joined as SIPF Programme Manager.
David Goldsack has been appointed to the role of engineering procurement manager.
Thousands of jobs are set to be created in the Midlands following the successful SIPF bid, which was secured last year.
The funds are being used to create a world-leading industrial and academic research and development programme over the next four years, creating a cluster of new businesses in the Midlands and strengthening the supply chain in the region.
Dr Gilda Gasparini said: "This is an exceptional project and a great opportunity to collectively make a difference to the Midlands region and the organisations and groups that will benefit from the innovations it delivers.
"We are looking forward to working with the companies and universities to push innovation for the benefit of the wider community and economy.
"Globally, the advanced ceramics sector is projected to be worth £143bn by 2023, and the outcome of this funding means the Midlands is well-placed to be part of it."

Wardell Armstrong has announced the appointment of Caroline Mellor as its new regional director for its Stoke-on-Trent head office.
As a specialist in ecology, Caroline has two decades' experience in multi-disciplinary projects supporting the commercial, residential, infrastructure and education sectors, and recently leading environmental mitigation works for HS2.
Caroline will be succeeding Keith Mitchell who remains in a firm-wide role as managing director, while technical director and planner Chris Bean will take over the role that Caroline has been promoted from, as head of planning and environment.
Keith Mitchell said: "Caroline has delivered many great projects for the firm and will bring with her a wealth of experience and fresh energy to this role.
"We are really looking forward to seeing a positive impact in the region over the months and years to come."
Meanwhile gas and emissions equipment supplier DRM Technic has appointed Daniel Nicklin to its product development team.
Daniel will undertake a PhD at Staffordshire University alongside his role at the Eccleshall-based company, bridging the gap between academia and industry.
He will use his expertise to analyse gaps in the market which will allow DRM Technic to further develop its product offering and manufacturing capabilities.
Daniel said: "DRM Technic strive to be pioneers in the emissions measurement industry, so it is a pleasure to be a part of the team, where my work will contribute to a more innovative, sustainable future.
"My PhD is in the development of a method for the measurement of particulate emissions from stationary sources, particularly at low concentrations. The requirement to monitor and control industrial processes has increased over recent years, therefore innovative methods are required to meet this legislative demand."
And Complete Voice and Data has increased its team to 10 after making a string of new appointments.
The Newcastle-under-Lyme-based company, which was launched in 2019 by Mike Ridgway, has welcomed Andy Smith as non-executive chairman and operations director, responsible for all CRM, data management and GDPR compliance matters as well as strategic growth planning.
Elsewhere, Lauren Fallows has joined the business as head of service and Amy McCulloch has been appointed as head of mobile.
Other new appointments include David Robinson as head of UC and cloud and Karen Lloyd-Weston as corporate accounts direcor.
This month, James Sheldon has also joined the company as a desk-based account manager, working predominantly with SME businesses, and Matt Nutter has been appointed in a UC tech support and delivery role.
The new recruits take the Complete Voice and Data team to 10 - eight full-time team members and two additional members on a retained consultancy basis.

Despite the pandemic, the business consultancy has gone from strength-to-strength, securing national and international clients.
Now it has made a number of new appointments to support its continued growth.
First up is Rachell Hipkiss who joins the team in the new role of business development director, while Olivia Potts and Jordan Houghton have joined the Newcastle-under-Lyme company as PR and content apprentice and design apprentice, respectively.
