A motorcyclist has been killed after a collision involving a car on the A9 on Friday night.

Police are appealing for witnesses after the biker, aged 63, died following a crash with a car.

The 63-year-old, who was riding a Triumph Tiger, died at the scene after colliding with a Skoda Superb on the A9, near Auchterarder, Perth and Kinross. The driver of the Skoda was taken to Ninewells Hospital, in Dundee, while two passengers were taken to Forth Valley Hospital for treatment.
