The mother of missing aristocrat Constance Marten has penned an emotional letter to her 'darling daughter' and has vowed to stand by her and her grandchild.

Constance, 35, disappeared more than a month ago with her convicted sex offender partner Mark Gordon and their newborn baby. The family fled a burning car on the M61 near Bolton and have been missing ever since.

Police believe the couple are now sleeping rough in a blue tent in the Sussex countryside and fear for the safety of the baby, who has not been seen by a doctor since birth. Constance's mother Virginie de Selliers has now penned an open letter to her daughter, vowing to help in any way she can.
