Rachel Morin, a mother of five, was allegedly ambushed and killed by illegal immigrant Victor Martinez Hernandez in Maryland.
The suspect, wanted for murder in El Salvador, was later charged with multiple serious offenses following Rachel's death. Patty Morin expressed her shock and outrage upon discovering that the perpetrator was an illegal immigrant who had crossed into the United States.
