The cheapest and most expensive places to buy a house in Nottinghamshire have been revealed in parliamentry data. The data breaks down just how much you will, on average, have to pay to buy a property in each area of the county and how this compares to other areas nearby.
Nottinghamshire Live has already revealed the cheapest and most expensive areas in the city, with Bulwell North coming out the least expensive while the Park and Castle came out as the most expensive on average. When it comes to the rest of the county, Worksop Cheapside comes out as the cheapest - with the average property costing just £87,500.
By contrast, buying a place in Edwalton may set you back something in the region of £430,000 - making it the most expensive area in Nottinghamshire. When it comes to different parliamentry constituencies, meanwhile, Ashfield is ranked as the least expensive, with the median for the area totalling under £160,000. Compare that to Rushcliffe - where properties usually cost more than £300,000 - and there's a big difference.
