Itauma smashes Mike Tyson’s record and the sky looks the limit
Previously, it was Mike Tyson who held the title for youngest heavyweight champion in boxing when he beat Trevor Berbick as a 20-year-old in 1986.
Itauma, who was born in Slovakia before moving to England to live in Kent, turned professional one month after his 18th birthday and he’s already racked up plenty of wins.
With 11 in total and three so far in 2024, the young sensation is in the mix to be a part of some huge fights in the coming year where he will surely relish the opportunity.
