A mortified mum has said she 'can't go back' to her personal trainer after a blunder with a picture.
Gemma Hill, a radio presenter, shared her embarrassment in a video on TikTok, which has racked up more than 130,000 views and left people "crying" with laughter, reports the Mirror.

She explains that her new PT had asked her to take 'before' photos in her underwear, telling her not to breathe in or pose for good angles, but "be honest" so she would have a starting point to compare her progress against.
So Gemma did as instructed, posing for a photo in her underwear and sent them across - but was left mortified by his response.
In a screenshot of the exchange, Gemma's photo is visible before the trainer replies to clarify: "Hey, sorry Gem I meant take photos for yourself not to send to me. So you can check out your progress."
The radio presenter replied: "OMG I'm so sorry. What a t**t I thought I was meant to send them to you. How embarrassing. I'm so sorry".
The trainer made clear: "No lol I don't ask clients to send me pictures in underwear. I was eating dinner with my girl she's quizzing me 'who is this chick...'"
Gemma hilariously captioned the video 'How do I go back' with a face of despair, but many viewers moved to reassure her that it's an easy mistake to make.

A second wrote: "Don't worry I probably would have thought the same! I would have assumed the PT had a before and after board or website or something!"
And others were simply left in hysterics, as one commented: "Sorry but that's so funny..."
While someone else added: "Second hand embarrassment for you."
