Mortified couple find 'unusable' kitchen after getting keys to dream new build

An unhappy couple claim they got the keys to their £385,000 new build home - only to find the kitchen unusable.

Sallyann Smith, 23, and finance Gareth Hawkins, 26, were due to move into their new three-bed home, built by Crest Nicholson, but now say they feel they have lost all hope.
