Good morning. Today we report that the aged care regulator has launched an investigation amid scores of complaints that care home residents across Australia have been charged for services they can’t use or understand.

Overseas, Donald Trump is contradicting Tehran’s claims that it has closed the strait of Hormuz as the US and Iran exchange strikes in a new wave of violence in the Middle East.
