Moritz Jenz and Josip Juranovic have reunited in Germany after their time together at Celtic.
The duos Bundesliga clubs - Schalke and Union Berlin - were facing off on Sunday. A 0-0 draw was played out, with Jenz continuing his strong start to life in his native country after his loan to Celtic from Ligue 1 club Lorient was cut short last month due to a lack of minutes on offer under Ange Postecoglou. Juranovic, meanwhile, departed off the back of a strong World Cup with Croatia and 18 impressive months in Glasgow.
He was an unused substitute in the match off the back of another stalemate on Thursday, this time on Europa League duty against Dutch giants Ajax. Despite now being rivals when it comes to German matters on the park, the pair are still clearly close, and posed for a photo together at the end of the game, Jenz saying "fantastic to see you my bro."
Both will be hoping for Celtic success this weekend when Postecoglou's side play Rangers in the Viaplay Cup final. Juranovic helped the holders to victory in the final last year when Kyogo inspired them to victory over Hibs.
