The Cleveland Browns didn’t get a ton of draft picks right since the expansion, but offensive tackle Joe Thomas was absolutely a home run. The Hall of Famer that will be inducted into the Hall this summer sits atop PFF’s highest-graded list from the 2007 class that included a ton of other talented players. Joe Thomas’ career grade from PFF is an astounding 95.1.
It’s hard to argue that Thomas was one of the greatest to play the position and his tape is used to show how to play the position. His kick step in passing sets is the best that I have seen in my lifetime, Cleveland may never see another play the position at the level Thomas did.
