A Newcastle surf life saving club says it is being left out of the loop on the condition of its facilities by the council as they seek a transparent, and long-term strategy for their renewal and replacement.
Cooks Hill SLSC president Michael Clancy said the club had waited more than three years for repairs to internal support structures and access doors after damage associated with storms in June 2022.
