More than a ride: taxi company where the driver drinks coffee with the passenger

For 84-year-old Christine, taxis are essential to her life - but not just any taxi. She uses Care Taxi which, as the name implies, offers care to those who need it - like Christine who is frail.

The company is not just about driving a passenger somewhere. Its promise is that it is "steered with enthusiasm, safety, and empathy". It even includes drivers having a coffee and a chat with a passenger.
