
More than a dozen migrants were rescued from a stash house in Juarez, close to the border with Texas, where they were being held for ransom by smugglers, according to a new report.
According to Border Report, 18 people were released from a house west of downtown on Monday. Chihuahua state police officers went to the house after surveillance cameras recorded suspicious activity.
