More than 60 people dead as heavy rain triggers flooding in northern India

At least 62 people were killed after three days of heavy rain triggered flooding in the northern Indian state of Uttar Pradesh, officials said on Monday.

More than 40 people were injured and nearly 1,000 homes damaged.
