More than 100 Post Offices close as workers strike in row over ‘exceptionally poor’ 2% pay increase

Post Office workers at more than 100 branches have walked out during a one-day strike in a dispute over pay.

The 114 Crown Post Offices will close for a 24-hour period, with no cash deliveries or collections from the 11,500 sub-post offices around the UK.
