More seats at Atmanand Schools, says CM Bhupesh Baghel

RAIPUR: Chief minister Bhupesh Baghel has decided to increase the number of seats to 50 in government run English medium Swami Atmanand Schools across the state.

Presently, there are 172 Swami Atmanand English medium schools in the state, due to the increased demands and positive response from the citizens, the capacity per class has been increased from 40 to 50, the chief minister announced.

The CM said that he has directed the principal secretary, education department to execute the decision and ensure the quality of studies is maintained. The admissions in these schools are underway and the increase in seats would benefit directly to the students aspiring to study in English medium schools. People have shown a lot of enthusiasm to get admission in these schools, officers said.
