
More diversity and inclusivity is needed within architecture, the first Black president of its UK professional membership body has said.
Muyiwa Oki, who began his two-year term as president of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) on Friday, has pledged to help “tear down the barriers” that have long contributed to an under-representation of Black people in the industry, especially at senior levels.
