
The nation’s top children’s doctor has warned a delay on a new vaccine to combat respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) will mean more babies and infants will need hospital treatment this winter.
Dr Camilla Kingdon, president of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (RCPCH) told The Independent she is frustrated with the delay.
