Monu Rana gang behind manufacturing of spurious liquor which claimed 20 lives in Haryana

AMBALA: With the arrests of 29 accused persons so far - 12 in Ambala and 17 in Yamunanagar districts, the police claimed to have broken the entire network involved in the recent case of manufacturing of spurious liquor at an illegal factory near Dhanaura village in Mullana area. The spurious liquor supplied from this illegal factory claimed 20 lives in Haryana i.e. 18 in Yamunanagar district and two in Ambala.

The Ambala police revealed that 10 drums (200 litres each) of ethanol used to manufacture the spurious liquor was procured by main accused Ankit alias Mogli of Ugala village, from a factory in Kambopura village in Karnal district.
