SAN JOSE, Calif. — Gregory Porter, Dee Dee Bridgewater, Melody Gardot, Nicholas Payton, Ravi Coltrane, Chucho Valdes and the Moodswing Reunion (featuring Joshua Redman, Brad Mehldau, Christian McBride and Brian Blade) are among the many acts set to appear at the 65th anniversary Monterey Jazz Festival.
The recently announced lineup also includes Kim Nalley, the Cookers, Nate Smith, Emma-Jean Thackray, Flor de Toloache, the Chicanos, Las Cafeteras, Akira Tana and Otonowa, Butcher Brown, the Brubeck Brothers Quartet and many other acts.
The festival takes places Sept. 23-25 at the legendary Monterey County Fairgrounds.
Three-day passes start at $185. Single-day tickets start at $50 for Friday and $75 Saturday/Sunday.
