Monster Hunter Wilds’ big PC performance update drops today — and Capcom promises a fix for the DLC bug tanking framerate

It's been nearly a year since the release of Monster Hunter Wilds, a game that many (myself included) looked forward to playing but were ultimately disappointed by its lackluster difficulty, barebones endgame, and PC performance issues that caused players to review bomb it on Steam for months.

While Capcom has fixed a majority of the game's issues through title updates, it has yet to address the game's PC issues, which have only gotten worse to the point where the DLC's checker system is causing framerate issues (which Capcom has confirmed is a bug).
