The confirmed number of monkeypox cases in the UK have more than doubled to 57, new figures reveal.
On Monday, the UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) said it was an increase from the previously confirmed 20 cases.
In England, there have been 56 confirmed cases while Scotland confirmed its first case on Monday. While the outbreak is "significant and concerning", the risk to the UK population remains low, health officials said.
