Tennis power couple Elina Svitolina and Gael Monfils have pulled off an extraordinary double act to make the Australian Open second week a family affair.

Svitolina stunned women's fourth seed Jasmine Paolini on Margaret Court Arena to reach the last 16, just some three hours after her tennis showman husband Monfils' eerily similar upset win over men's fourth seed Taylor Fritz on the same court.
