Martin Lewis and his team at Money Saving Expert is urging people to do one thing as seven million are thought to be missing out on extra cash.
They are encouraging everyone to use their Benefits Calculator on moneysavingexpert.com which takes just ten minutes.
This comes after Martin Lewis shared on ITV's This Morning in a previous broadcast that there are up to seven million people who are not receiving benefits they are actually entitled to.

When a woman phoned in on This Morning, she was in tears after being hundreds of pounds in debt. Martin Lewis urged her and viewers to check what extra cash they are entitled to as the cost of living crisis squeezes pockets around the country.
He said: "I'd be going on to a benefits calculator looking at your situation both now and when you go back to work. They take about 10 minutes, they give you an idea of whether you're getting everything you're entitled to.
"Just for everybody else watching, my rough rule of thumb is if you have family income, especially if you've got kids, under £30,000 it is absolutely worth spending 10 minutes on a benefits check-up calculator.
"I'm not saying you'll be entitled to anything, but I'm saying that's my equation for when it's worth it. In fact, some people with family income in rare circumstances of up to £50,000 can be entitled to something."
The team behind Money Saving Expert adds that the calculator will work out what you're due in low income support.
They add: "It will also flag up some (but not all) relevant non-means-tested benefits that depend on circumstances such as your health."
MSE also issue a warning as scammers are out in full force, exploiting the current situation while many families struggle to make ends meets. They add to never give personal details out if you are contacted out of the blue.
