NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court Monday said it will hear on Tuesday a plea filed by Delhi minister Satyendar Jain challenging the Delhi high court verdict dismissing his petition against a lower court order to transfer the money laundering case, in which he is under arrest, to another court.
The matter was mentioned for urgent listing before a bench of Chief Justice U U Lalit and Justice S R Bhat, which said it will be heard tomorrow.
