Former footballer Neil McCann has lost a £200,000 battle with the taxman over his work as a TV pundit.
The ex-Scotland and Rangers star, 47, had moved into commentary work when he hung up his boots.
His personal company, McCann Media Ltd, entered into agreements with broadcasting giant Sky and he carried out roles as a commentator, presenter or interviewer for football programmes or videos.

Scots pop star Sandra Mckenzie 'stabbed 49 times' by convicted wife killer neighbour
A former '90s pop star who was stabbed "49 times" by a convicted wife killer and neighbour said she now lives with a daily reminder of the brutal attack.
Dundee -born Sandra Mckenzie, 63, who was singer with 90s 'Whole Lotta Love' hitmakers Goldbug, says she thought she was going to die when Stephen Allum left her with multiple stab wounds in the attack.
Allum was jailed for life last year after he admitted attempted murder, a sentence which came 23 years after he was given a hospital order for killing his wife.

Young man dies after kayak 'capsizes' on Ayrshire loch as tributes paid to 'one in a million' lad
A tragic kayaking accident led to a young man’s death on an Ayrshire loch after a boat ‘capsized’ on a camping trip.
Tributes have been paid to Scott Ferries who died after getting into difficulty in Loch Doon on Sunday.
Scott’s dad James Ferries confirmed that his son died after a kayak carrying two people capsized in the water.
Moment Glasgow crowd brawl brings Sam Fender gig to halt at Hydro
Sam Fender wowed the OVO Hydro on Saturday night as it was announced as Glasgow's biggest indoor event - ever.
But halfway through the gig, Sam's performance had to be stopped as a fight broke out in the crowd.
The Geordie singer had just dedicated his song Spit of You to his father when he was interrupted.

Will Smith hits Chris Rock on stage at Oscars after he made joke about Jada Pinkett Smith
Livid Will Smith stormed the stage at The Oscars 2022 and hit host Chris Rock in the face last night after the comedian made a joke at the actor's wife's expense.
The drama unfolded when Chris joked about Jada Pinkett Smith's buzzcut, quipping: "Jada, can't wait for GI Jane 2."
Later on in the evening, Will won Best Actor and as he walked up to the stage he slapped the presenter, before returning to his seat and shouting: "Keep my wife's name out of your f****** mouth."
