Costco Greater Manchester Manchester

Water was seen pouring through the ceiling of a Costco store in Greater Manchester on Monday evening (June 12) as a thunderstorm battered the region.

Heavy rain, thunder and lightning suddenly hit parts of Greater Manchester with roads becoming flooded and trees falling down in what was described as 'end of the world weather.'

Video footage taken from the Costco Warehouse on Barton Dock Road, Trafford Park on Monday show the moment water began pouring through the roof as shoppers watched on.
