  • The incident, involving UPS Flight 2976, occurred on 4 November, 2025, when the aircraft crashed into local businesses shortly after take-off.
  • The crash resulted in the deaths of all three pilots on board and 12 people on the ground, with a further 23 individuals sustaining injuries.
  • Released by the National Transportation Safety Board, the video clearly depicts the engine and pylon completely separating from the wing.
  • This footage was presented as part of a two-day investigative hearing held in Washington to examine the deadly aviation accident.
