Strictly Come Dancing star Molly Rainford looked out of this world in a pink bikini as she soaked up the sunshine in Barbados.
After endless weeks rehearsing complicated dance routines and impressing judges with her moves on Strictly, she finally got time to herself.
Molly hopped on a plane with pal Fleur East to relax on the beaches of the Caribbean country.
The actress-singer stunned in a light pink bikini set with a simple necklace. She sat on the lounge chair as she posed for snaps.
She let her blonde tresses flow down her shoulders after she took a quick dip in the calm seas.
Molly was seen pouting for snaps as she enjoyed her well-deserved break away from the cold weather in the UK.
Molly and Fleur's holiday comes after they both reached the finale of the BBC One dancing show.
However, they both missed out on lifting the Glitterball trophy. CBeebies presenter Hamza Yassin pipped both of them to be crowned the winner for this years Strictly.
The firm friends struck up a friendship whilst competing on the show, and have now taken to social media to share glimpses of their holiday.
Sharing a snap of the friends to her Instagram , Fleur wrote: "From the ballroom to the beach."
In the picture, Fleur can be seen in a black patterned bikini stood next to Molly in a bright yellow and blue bikini. In a second snap, the pair are seen in a tight embrace behind the scenes at Strictly when the competition reached the Blackpool Tower.
Molly was paired with professional dancer Carlos during this year's dancing competition.
Later this month, she will be reunited with the pro as they begin the Strictly Come Dancing Live Tour.
Meanwhile, pal Fleur announced she is returning to music and will release her first single in two years.
She explained: "After being on Strictly every weekend, the buzz of performing came back. The last body of work I released was my album Fearless.
"It was shortly after my dad passed away and just at the time that the pandemic came into our lives, and everyone went into lockdown, so I had to cancel my tour, I had to cancel all my promo, I had to cancel everything. It was such a shame that it was released at that time.
"Since then, and since losing my dad, I’m just finding my stride again and getting back into music.
"Although I do presenting, fitness, and lots of other different things, music is my number one love."
