Paddy Pimblett and Molly McCann have revealed how much they paid from UFC London this past weekend after they had both secured emphatic victories inside the cage, finishing their opponents in dramatic style. The Liverpool fighters were both on the main card, with McCann becoming the first British woman to fight on a main card in UFC history.
McCann fought first as she hoped to continue her momentum from her last win against Luana Carolina. The London crowd gave her an incredible reception as she made her way to the ring before going on to dominate the first round. Meatball Molly kept up that pace in the second, before Carolina came back strongly in the third. Then, McCann hit Carolina with a spinning back elbow out of the clinch, knocking her out.
Around 45 minutes later, Pimblett produced a similar stunning performance. Like his first fight against Luigi Vendramini last year, the Baddy took a big shot to the face, with Kazula Vargas going for the take down. However, Pimblett was able to regroup, whilst then excellently executing a Judo hip toss and before using his black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to get in position before locking in a rear naked choke, locking it in tight giving Vargas no choice but to tap.

Both fighters received the $50,000 bonus for finishing their opponents, after they had celebrated in the ring with one another whilst receiving huge receptions on the night. Earlier this week, it was reported that Pimblett made $107,000 for his win over Vargas - something he vehemently denied.
Now, both fighters have confirmed how much they really made. On Barstool Sports, Pimblett said: “Yup, $12k (to show) and $12k (to win). Yeah, and then the bonus. You have to pay your dues, but I’ll tell you one thing Dave, Dana (White) will be getting the money out for our boy Patrick now.
Portnoy was stunned at the perceived low pay Pimblett received and McCann was then asked to confirm how much she was paid. "I think it was $40k and $40k," she said. "That’s my eighth fight. Paddy will probably get paid more than me with his next deal, though."
As previously mentioned, both fighters took home an extra $50k for their finishes, whilst fighters receive UFC Promotional Guidelines Compliance pay, which awarded Pimblett an additional $4,000 and McCann $6,000.
Therefore, in total, Pimblett took home $78,000, while McCann pocketed $136,000.
