The trip to the salon was the first time Molly-Mae had been seen out and about since returning from a surprise trip to New York with her boyfriend Tommy Fury who she met on the 2019 series of the ITV2 dating show Love Island.

Her appearance also came after being embroiled in a 'privilege' row.

The reality star and influencer returned to social media and apologised to her fans after being accused of being 'tone deaf' over comments she made in a podcast.

She was being interviewed by Dragons' Den's Steven Bartlett on his The Diary Of A CEO podcast when she shared her belief that "if you want something enough, you can achieve it" and used a quote that says we all have "the same 24 hours in a day as Beyonce."

That part of the conversation from the podcast, which was released last year, was shared on Twitter and quickly received backlash.

Sharing a post to her 6.2 million followers on her Instagram Story, Molly-Mae said anything she posts or shares online "is never with malice or ill intent."
