Molly-Mae Hague unrecognisable as she shares her secret Irish dancing past

Molly-Mae Hague once famously preached about making the most of every hour in the day, and it seems the former Love Island star used to spend many hours as a child mastering the art of Irish dancing.

Currently enjoying a break in Belfast, Northern Ireland, the new homeowner took to her Instagram Stories on Friday night to share a major throwback snap with her fans.

The PrettyLittleThing creative director, 22, was enjoying a performance at the Waterfront Hall when she decided to reveal her past stint as an Irish dancer.

Watching the Irish dancers on stage with her childhood friend and fellow influencer Stephanie Lam, Molly-Mae explained their motivation for visiting Belfast over the Easter weekend.

"The Irish dancing is why Steph and I have come to Belfast," the star confessed to her 6.3million followers.

"We both used to Irish dance and have always said we want to come and watch the world championship so here we are."

The influencer - who recently opened up about the challenges of recording an audio book - then went on to share a major throwback snap of herself and Steph in their heyday as young dancers.

"Can you cope," she captioned the previously unseen childhood snap of herself dressed up in an Irish dancing dress.

Molly-Mae and her pal Steph jetted off for a mini-break just days after the star was thrown a surprise housewarming party at her new multi-million pound Cheshire.

"I ran out to run a few errands and when I came back, Fran and the girls, Erin and Ellen, have put together a little housewarming party for me," Molly-Mae explained to viewers of her latest YouTube vlog.

"It is just the cutest thing I have ever seen and all my favourite people are coming down in the next hour," the star continued to gush throughout the footage recorded on Friday.

"I mean, how lucky am I that I have people that like care that much, to like do that for me. That's just made my entire day."

Prior to becoming a homeowner, the former Love Island star and boxer boyfriend Tommy Fury, 22, had been renting temporary accommodation after their original Manchester flat was burgled last year.

However, speaking in her latest vlog on Wednesday, Molly-Mae revealed her landlord is not too keen on her broadcasting their property to millions of followers.

"You know in the last vlog I said I’m going to give you a house tour of the current house we’ve been living in," the Instagram influencer began explaining as she filmed inside her car.

"The current landlord saw and he said ‘absolutely not, no house tour of the house please’ which I totally understand."

She continued: "I moved into this specific house because it was so low-key and so private and maybe the next tenant will want something like that and they won’t want anyone to know where they live, or what the house looks likes, so I completely understand."

Molly picked up the keys to her dream property in an affluent area of Cheshire last week, after a three-year search to find her 'forever home' with boyfriend Tommy.
