With her blonde locks flowing and her nails perfectly manicured, the former Love Islander's added a touch of luxury to her attire with her Van Cleef bracelets, which can cost thousands of pounds.
It looked like Molly-Mae was wearing at least two of the high-end items, which would have been sure to cost a large sum.
She had her phone in her hand in the snaps as she captioned the pictures: "First day of meetings since becoming a mum… feeling a whole new level of motivated."
The upload came after she shared a snap on her Story to her 7.5million followers of boxer Tommy looking after their newborn daughter Bambi.
In the image, the sportsman, 23, has a huge smile on his face as he carries the tot in her baby seat to meet Molly-Mae.
Tommy rocked a casual look as he wore a black t shirt and grey jogging bottoms, while he had what appeared to be a baby bag draped across his shoulders.
Gushing over her man, she wrote on the image: "Proud of super dad managing to meet me in town for lunch with bambi... getting her out of the house alone is a challenge I'm even scared of [laughing emoji]"
Molly-Mae has regularly shared updates of family life since giving birth to Bambi in January. Earlier this week she shared the hilarious moment t he tot disrupted hers and Tommy's romantic date night.
The new parents were enjoying a mid-week date night at San Carlo Fiorentina at the Marriott Airport Hotel on Hale Barns in Cheshire when she showed her baby in tow.
Sharing a snap to social media, Molly-Mae showed Bambi sleeping soundly in her pram next to the table.
"Someone crashed mum & dads date night [white heart emoji]," she wrote on the image.
"This is not how the night time routine should look but one night wont hurt [crying laughing face emoji]." [sic]
