Molly-Mae Hague leaves fans concerned as she breaks down in tears and says she's 'struggling and overwhelmed'

Molly-Mae Hague has shared 'the truth' with her loyal followers as she opened up about life as a new mum. The former Love Island star has sat back down in front of the camera for the first time since sharing her birth story on YouTube last month.

Molly-Mae has been giving little insights into her new life after welcoming her first child with boyfriend Tommy Fury in January. The couple, who met and fell in love on the ITV2 dating show in 2019, delighted fans last September when they revealed that they were set to become parents.

They shared an adorable black and white video which reflected on their time in the famous Majorcan villa before showing Tommy planting a kiss on Molly-Mae's blossoming baby bump. And after sharing her pregnancy journey with her fans and followers, Molly-Mae confirmed they'd welcomed a baby girl on January 30, a week after she was born on January 23, with a sweet hospital snap showing the new family-of-three.

Molly-Mae has since shared her struggles about getting back in front of the camera in order to share a video with her YouTube subscribers. However, in a new video posted on Sunday (March 26) titled 'The Truth', the influencer became emotional as she discussed her feelings.

"I feel like there's just so much to say and so much to talk about that I literally don't know where to start," the 23-year-old, who was dressed in white t-shirt and blue trousers with her silver blonde locks styled into bouncy waves, said into the camera. "I don't feel like I'm being myself, and I don't know why I'm getting upset but I feel like I'm questioning everything I'm saying and what are people going to think if I say that."

Becoming emotional, Molly-Mae went on to share: "Nothing I say is making sense. My brain is jumbled and I don't feel like myself. It's not that I need more time to come back because I do feel ready to come back and want more than anything to come back to YouTube. I want it more than anything but maybe I've left it too long and I have so much to say that I feel overwhelmed and don't know where to begin."

The creative director of Pretty Little Thing did say that she was 'run down' and struggling to recover from her cold because of 'mum life' before telling fans she wanted to fill them in on 'what I've been going through and what I've been struggling with'.

Saying she's a 'good mum' to her daughter, who is now two-months-old, Molly-Mae added: "Becoming a mum is the best thing to ever happen to me but it is also the hardest thing that has ever happened to me. I have found it really really hard, the one word to describe it, to describe the past two months would be overwhelming.

"Every single day you can't believe the 360 your life has taken, it is a very hard thing to wrap your head around, it is the biggest life change that no one can prepare you for."

In the caption of the video, Molly-Mae wrote: "Thank you all for your endless love and support," as she was quickly flooded with messages including from sister Zoe who said: "You’re the most incredible Mumma, every single person is behind you Mols. We love you so much and you should be so proud of yourself."

Myesha Leigh said: "Mommy to mommy, everything you’ve said in this video is so relatable & completely normal, you’re not alone, we love you Mol." Skittles2798 replied: "Please don’t feel like youre the only mummy that’s been through this girl. The constipation, the stitches, the breakdowns, the days without washing properly… we understand you! You're not alone."

Amy Trembath posted: "Can’t imagine how hard it must be to film a video after having a baby and your whole world changing with the whole world watching you. You should be so proud of yourself." Laci Laci added: "Molly we all literally adore you and how raw and real you are. We wouldn’t have you any other way, you’re so down to earth and beautiful inside and out and it’s okay to admit that you’ve been struggling. I’m so proud of the person and mum you are. There is no pressure from us do what you need to when you’re ready. Love you so much."
