Molly-Mae Hague battles extreme heat in £4million mansion as she reunites with Maura Higgins

Molly-Mae Hague pulled out all the stops to keep her Love Island pal Maura Higgins cool in her new £4million Cheshire mansion during the UK's extreme heat.

The Irish beauty, 31, was spending the night at the millionaire's pad as the mercury tipped 30 degrees, with the pair having to move downstairs because the top floor got so hot.

In a hilarious video, Molly, 23, showed Maura lying on a bed desperately trying to catch the breeze from a fan, which was propped up on a suitcase.

"It's got to be better on there. Any good?," the millionaire asked her pal.

"It's not even touching me - it's touching me if I'm like that," Maura replied, sitting up.

"Can you see which the way the wind's blowing?", she continued.

At this point, Molly burst out laughing, saying: "I can see, I can see."

The entrepreneur captioned the post: "This heat might be the end of us. Was a good ride guys. Over and out @maurahiggins."

The next shot Molly shared was of the girls' feet in bed, which she captioned: "Evacuated the top floor as the thermometer said 31 degrees. Our new bedroom can't come soon enough!"

The Pretty Little Thing creative director moved into the dream home with boyfriend Tommy Fury in April.

The couple settled into the mansion in Cheshire two months after picking up the keys to the property.

The gorgeous abode, which counts footballers Marcus Rashford and Jordan Pickford as neighbours, boasts six bedrooms, dressing rooms and beautifully manicured gardens.

Since moving in, Molly-Mae has been documenting the the renovation process with her fans - despite being burgled last year in her former flat in Manchester to the tune of £800,000.

The couple were left "heartbroken" while thieves helped themselves to their jewellery and designer clothes, but now the pair are focused on their new home - including doubling the size of their already huge massive master bathroom.

Moving into the property in April, Molly told fans: "It finally happened… Our NEW CHAPTER!!!"

However, settling into the palatial pad hasn't been plain sailing for the business-savvy star, who initially struggled to sleep due to building work.

Speaking on her YouTube channel, Molly revealed: "You could not sleep through that even if you wanted to."

She explained: "Last night was my first night in the new house, which was so exciting. I'm not going to lie it didn't exactly go to plan in terms of it wasn't the relaxed vibes I was looking for."
