First-time mum Molly-Mae Hague has shared an honest account of parenting a newborn. The former Love Island star admitted to only just feeling like she's getting her life 'back in order' after welcoming baby daughter Bambi almost six weeks ago.
The 23-year-old told fans in a candid Instagram Stories post that up until now she had been "winging her way through each day" and had been surprised by how challenging being a mum to a newborn is. Molly-Mae said that she's speaking out to provide comfort to other parents finding the first weeks "super challenging."
Sharing a photo of herself captioned "hair washed and fresh PJs on" she penned: "Bambi is six weeks old on Monday. My little best friend for life. The last two days have been the first time I've felt like I'm slightly getting my life back in order.

"Up until this point I've literally just been winging my way through each day, not finding it particularly easy at all (to be honest) ... waking up in the morning/going to bed at night thinking 'here we go again.' New born life is absolutely no joke!"
Molly-Mae, creative director for fashion brand PrettyLittleThing, last week proudly welcomed her partner, Manchester boxer Tommy Fury, home from his victory after fighting Jake Paul in Saudi Arabia. She says they now have a routine set up and she's starting to see that things do get easier.
"So many people said to me 'it gets easier' and I've had days where I really didn't believe them or see how it would get easier, but finally I'm starting to see that it does!" she wrote.
"We've got a little routine in place not and whilst it doesn't go to plan every day and every night it's really helped me feel like I have a slight understanding of how the days and nights might look. I just hope this comforts any new mums/dads out there that are finding those first weeks super challenging.
"I can't explain how much they took my by surprise. But it truly does gradually get easier day by day." Molly-Mae signed off by saying that she's looking forward to filling fans in when she feels ready to film again for her YouTube channel.
Molly-Mae also shared with her 7.4million followers about her breast feeding struggle. Posting a photo of her breast pump she wrote: "I ended up renting a hospital grade medela pump for pumping my milk. I've struggled massively with my supply and this is what was recommended to me for this."
