Mollie King shares first photo and name of daughter as she welcomes baby with Stuart Broad

Former The Saturdays star Mollie King has revealed the name of her baby as she welcomed a daughter with fiancé Stuart Broad.

The Radio 1 presenter posted two sweet photos to Instagram of herself and Stuart cuddling their first born during a day out. Captioning the photos, Molly wrote: "Welcome to the world Annabella Broad. We have never been so in love," with a red heart emoji.

Friends and fans rushed to congratulate the happy couple. BBC Radio 1 colleague Clara Amfo commented: "YEAAAAH" with a heart eye emoji, while former The Saturdays member Vanessa White said: "So beautiful! Congratulations!"

Presenter Laura Whitmore wrote: "The best!! Congrats to you both! So much love xx" and the BBC's Zoe Ball said: "congratulations! ahhh there's no love like it". Rochelle Humes, who was also part of The Saturdays, added: "Gorgeous".

After announcing that they were expecting earlier this year, the couple kept the sex of their baby private. But they went on to host a gender reveal, which saw the pair pop a balloon which said 'Boy or Girl.'

Sharing a video of the special moment to her Instagram last month, Mollie told her followers: "For months our families have been predicting and guessing the gender of the baby but it’s been so lovely to have that just between us. Our due date is really creeping up now, we can’t believe how close it is, so last weekend felt like the right time to get everyone together and reveal it."

Mollie and England cricketer Stuart have been dating since 2012 after being introduced by friends. They got engaged on New Year's Day 2021 but are yet to finalise a date for their wedding.

Stuart told The Express : "It's obviously been a tricky time to plan a wedding. We were looking at trying to do it last summer but then it just felt too risky, that it might get cancelled."

When asked about a possible date, he said: "We haven't got as far as that but it's certainly at the forefront of our minds and it will happen at the beginning of next year."
