Moldova's representative for Eurovision 2022 has already competed twice in the song contest. Folk punk band Zdob şi Zdub, also known as ZSZ, is hoping that the third time is the charm as it is preparing for the grand final which is taking place tomorrow in Turin, Italy.
The six-person band was funded in 1994. It first represented Moldova in 2005 in Kyiv, Ukraine, and finished sixth. They then headed to Dusseldorf, in Germany, for the Eurovision 2011. They did not do as well as the first time and finished 12th.
But, this year, Zdob şi Zdub is joined by the Advahov Brothers, who are also popular in Moldova. Together, they're planning to release an album and be the winners of Eurovision 2022 with their song Trenulețul.

The song's title means "train" in English. It includes a reference Blitzkrieg Bop by the Ramones with the lyrics "Hey ho, Let's go! Folklore and Rock ‘n’ roll".
Moldova first joined Eurovision in 2005 and has since finished four times in the top ten. It is currently predicted to finish 11th in tomorrow's final, according to Eurovisionworld.
In all, 25 countries will be competing to win the contest. The Eurovision 2022 final starts at 8pm and will be aired live on BBC One.
