Mohamed Salah sent an immediate message to Real Madrid after the Spanish side set up a Champions League final against Liverpool.
For much of the night at the Bernabeu, it looked like being an all-English affair in Paris at the end of May with Manchester City in control of the tie.
But Rodrygo and Karim Benzema turned it around in incredibly dramatic fashion, giving Real a 6-5 win on aggregate as Pep Guardiola’s side fell short in Europe once again.
Liverpool face Real in the 2018 Champions League final, losing 3-1 as Gareth Bale struck a brace, and Salah certainly has revenge on his mind as he took to Twitter after Carlo Ancelotti’s side sealed a dramatic win.
He tweeted: “We have a score to settle.”
Liverpool booked their place in a third Champions League final in five seasons with victory over Villarreal, eventually cruising past the La Liga side despite a real scare in the first-half.
Salah was asked after the match if he had a preference as to who the Reds faced in the final, with the Egyptian revealing he wanted another shot at Real after falling short four years ago.

“I want to play Madrid, I have to be honest,” Salah told BT Sport.
“City’s a real tough team, we’ve played against them a few times this season.
“If you ask me personally, I would prefer Madrid. We lost in the final before against them, I want to play them and hopefully we’ll win.”
