A rare opportunity to purchase a modern mobile home within a Midlothian park has arisen, and it is surprisingly cheap.
ESPC have listed the one-bedroom home situated at Nivensknowe Park in Loanhead, and the interior has all the quality of a new-built property with a fully fitted modern kitchen, wall-mounted TV and under-unit lighting.
A spacious bedroom also includes built-in wardrobe storage and a stylish shower room boasts a walk-in shower cubicle with a laminate-style décor around the room.
