Some dream homes in Wales are very lucky - they have access from some or all of their windows and maybe their garden to a wonderful view that adds a special and usually stunning feature, as well as value, to their abode.
But there is a small selection of homes in Wales, and not necessarily the most expensive, that can totally floor you with an incredible panoramic vista few can beat. Welcome to Llanmedos which can rightly claim to have one of the best views in Wales for coast and sea, treetops and rooftops.
Located in a private, gated and exclusive enclave that only people with eye-watering amounts of money to spend can afford, this Hauf House style dream home has a wraparound garden terrace, sometimes appearing to float above the hillside below that has that special view to astound all who glimpse it.
