Ava Louise was left stunned after surgeons pulled out a lump of cocaine from her nostrils as she underwent nose job surgery due to breathing struggles.
The 24-year-old, , from New Jersey, US, says she got hooked on the Class A drug during the pandemic after dating a drug dealer.
However, Ava started to struggle breathing through her nose and claims to have 'manipulated' her mum into paying for the cosmetic surgery - having begged her since she was 17.
