While consumers are becoming more aware of this and many are pushing back against the photoshopped images, there are still hundreds of little edits we miss that come before the photo is even taken.
This was highlighted in a viral TikTok by influencer Mikayla Noguiera, who was called out for supposedly wearing fake lashes in a video promoting mascara.
