It is another mock draft Saturday and it is time to take another shot at how the Arizona Cardinals’ draft might look at end of the month.
This time, because of the new report that the Tenessee Titans could be seeking to trade up to the No. 3 pick, currently owned by Arizona, this mock draft was based on that premise.

Trade from No. 3 to No. 11 with Titans
Cardinals trade No. 3 pick to Titans
Cardinals receive pick No. 11, pick No. 42 (Round 2), 2024 first-rounder, 2024 third-rounder
This trade was based on the compensation proposed by Mike Jurecki. I had to force the trade in the simulation.
Round 1 (No. 11 overall): Penn State CB Joey Porter Jr.
Porter has no real physical comp with his size, length and athleticism. He is one of the most talented corners in the draft and comes with NFL bloodlines as his father was fierce pass rusher Joey Porter, who played for the Cardinals at the end of his career.
Round 2 (No. 34 overall): Michigan DL Mazi Smith
Smith is 6-foot-2 and 305 pounds and he is strong. He had half a sack and 2.5 tackles for loss among his 48 total tackles last season.
Smith could give the Cardinals their big disruptive force in the middle of the defensive interior.
Round 2 (No. 41 overall): TCU OL Steve Avila
We know the Cardinals have interest in Avila as they have an official visit scheduled.
Avila played center and left guard for TCU. He gives the Cardinals size and strength at two potential positions.
Round 3 (No. 66 overall): Syracuse CB Garrett Williams
His 5-foot-10 and 192 pounds and had two interceptions last season.
This gives the Cardinals two cornerbacks to add to their room.
Round 3 (No. 96 overall): TCU RB Kendre Miller
The Cardinals met with Miller recently.
He is 5-foot-11 and 212 pounds and he is a bell cow back. He rushed for 1,399 yards and 17 touchdowns last season, averaging 6.2 yards per attempt. He averaged 6.7 yards per carry over his three years at TCU.
Round 4 (No. 105 overall): Michigan EDGE Mike Morris
He is 6-foot-5 and 275 pounds with nearly an 82-inch wingspan.
He had 7.5 sacks and 11 tackles for loss last season. He gives the Cardinals a big defensive end.
Round 5 (No. 168 overall): West Virginia WR Bryce Ford-Wheaton
You will be hard-pressed to find another receiver with this size and speed combo at 6-foot-3 and a 4.38-second 40.
He had 62 catches for 675 yards and seven touchdowns last season.
Round 6 (No. 180 overall): Penn State C Juice Scruggs
Scruggs is not the Big 10 center most want to see the Cardinals take.
He is 6-foot-2 and 301 pounds. He is thick, strong and solid. He was a team captain and has starter potential in the right situation.
Round 6 (No. 213 overall): Houston S Gervarrius Owens
He is 6 feet and 195 pounds. He has cornerback experience. He has adequate athleticism and can hit. He was a four-year starter and a team captain.
