Celebrity houses often list at high prices and later sell for less. The latest example comes from WWE, where Mike Mizanin, known as The Miz, and his wife Maryse have sold the sprawling California manor they bought in 2019. The 10,400-square-foot home sold for $7.4 million, about $1 million more than the couple paid but far below the $11.995 million asking price in 2024. Variety reported the transaction in August 2019. They renovated it while they were there and the property was a regular feature on their reality show Miz & Mrs on USA Network.
