NEW DELHI: Mitchell Starc, the most expensive purchase in the IPL, showcased his worth with a remarkable three-wicket haul in the early stages of the game, as Kolkata Knight Riders restricted Sunrisers Hyderabad to a modest total of 159 in Qualifier 1 in Ahmedabad on Tuesday.
Starc made an immediate impact, dismissing Travis Head on the second delivery of the match, followed by the wickets of the in-form Nitish Reddy (9) and Shahbaz Ahmed (0), leaving the opposition struggling within the powerplay.
